I mean what overriding issue would trump AIDS, poverty, governance problems with African countries? I mean a lack of emphasis could only occur if our country had a grave threat from people who are bent on killing us. People who drove plans into buildings and forced us to take the fight to them. It's not like we are fighting such a war.
